Have not received it and can't get help

I have not received this item - it was supposedly delivered into my letterbox over 6 weeks after ordering, even though Customer Support said it would be delivered to my door for signature. I was already overseas and nothing arrived in my letterbox (it's not possible to fit 3 bags into my small letterbox). Customer Support then shove all responsibility by asking me to check with my local courier, but my local courier said they needed the sender details to check, and that's when Customer Support stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY.
